Canberra Airport Terminal
Canberra Airport is the main gateway to the capital of Australia, handling both domestic and international services.
Canberra Airport Terminal is split into the Western and the Southern Concourses. Both sections are separated by an atrium.
Levels
Canberra Airport Terminal facilities are divided into the following levels:
Ground level
This is the Arrivals level. Find here the International and Domestic Arrival gates.
Services: Baggage services (oversize baggage, Virgin and Qantas baggage services), prayer room, baby care room, first aid station, toilets, disabled access, ATMs, public phones, Travelex services, Customer service office and ground transportation options (taxi, bus and car hire booths).
Lifts and escalators to access to the upper level.
First level
Find in this level the Departures.
This is the level where the check-in counters and the security screening are located too.
On the west side there are boarding gates 3 to 8 (International Departures).
Regarding the east side, you can find the Qantas lounges, Qantas Customer Service and boarding gates 9 to 14 (Domestic Departures).
Services: Baby care room, toilets, baggage carousels, disabled access, first aid station, baggage services, Travelex services, food and drink concessions, retail stores and lifts and escalators to the upper and lower level.
Outside of this level you can find the passenger drop off.
Second level
In the upper level you can find the pet pick up and drop off.

The Rex Lounge: Open from first departure of the day until last departure of the day. Services: Wi-Fi, newspapers and magazines, non smoking, flights monitors, among others.
